Jim’s passion for helping people, along with over 20 years of experience, is indicative of the professional service and advice that he gives to his clients. In that time, he has worked with a wide variety of clients including individuals, high net-worth professionals, and business owners. Jim graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management & Accounting from the University of Akron
in 1983 and joined the family business in 1998.
When Jim isn’t helping his clients, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Mary and their five children, Sarah, Jimmy, Joseph, Mary and Ben, as well as his seven grandchildren. Jim is also passionate about exercise and often works out with his wife. His dog, Bear, a cavachon breed and his cat, Buddy, are always by his side and eager for his attention.
Upon joining the family business, his mission was to continue his father’s legacy by enforcing the firm’s family values as they grew in their community. Jim’s father, Tom Seaman, focused on helping those that were already in or nearing retirement by providing strategies designed to protect and preserve their retirement savings and investments.
Jim is an Investment Advisor Representative through AlphaStar Capital Management and licensed by the state of Ohio for Life, Accident and Health.
